I like to go over how to use it.
It is very simple: Use it like any other toothpaste.
For an adult: don’t rinse your mouth with water after. Let that Fluoride stay on your teeth.
If you want to rinse your mouth, do so and apply a pea sized amount of the paste around the teeth.
For Age 6-16: Make sure the kids RINSE their mouth with water after usage.
For Age less than 6: Prescription Fluoride Toothpaste is NOT recommended yet. Go ahead and get a kid’s toothpaste OTC that has fluoride in it.
